Who are we looking for?
We’re on the lookout for a talented and experienced Creative Director to lead our in-house ads creation and collaborate with various talents and agencies.
What will you do?
Creative Leadership
Oversee the creation of compelling ads ensuring they align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Guide the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful content.
Project Management
Manage the end-to-end production of visual marketing materials, including but not limited to ads, user-generated content, video sales letters, and other direct response formats.
Coordinate with internal teams, including but not limited to designers, copywriters, and video editors, to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with different talents, such as influencers, content creators, and actors to produce authentic and engaging content.
Liaise with external agencies to ensure seamless integration of outsourced creative work with in-house initiatives.
Quality Control:
Review visual creative materials, ensuring they meet brand standards and campaign objectives.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in the health & wellness e-commerce direct-to-consumer market industry
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong team management skills
Previous experience as a Creative Director or similar role
Proven experience in Meta and YouTube ads
