Inside this wonderfully comfortable holiday home, you are greeted by a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a cozy sitting area by the fireplace. Large sliding doors lead to the terrace, where you can relax with a view of the water. The modern kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a combination oven, 4-burner hob, Nespresso machine, large refrigerator with separate freezer and a dishwasher. On the ground floor you will find a luxurious bathroom with walk-in (rain) shower and bath, as well as a separate toilet.The top floor houses 3 charming bedrooms, 2 of which have a beautiful view of the Slotermeer. All rooms are equipped with handy chests of drawers.The property is designed to welcome up to 6 people, including children. The garden is a play paradise for children, with a trampoline to enjoy, fishing from your own jetty, taking a dip or exploring the water from the surfboard and paddles. Have lunch outside at the dining table, relax on the spacious lounge sofa by the water and enjoy the evenings by the outdoor fireplace for the ultimate holiday feeling. The options are endless with a surfboard and BBQ at your disposal. And don't worry, there is excellent WiFi everywhere in the house and garden!

Parking problems are a thing of the past, with ample free parking in front of the door. Tenants can store their trailer during their stay in consultation with the manager.Choose extra convenience and rent our bed linen for € 13.50 p.p., or simply bring your own single bed linen.

Location
The house is beautifully situated in a holiday park, directly on the Slotermeer, with its own jetty. From the park you can walk to the attractive center of Balk in just half an hour. In Balk you will find various shops and supermarkets.

A private jetty (including swimming ladder) of about 15 meters awaits your boat. Sail, swim, surf or SUP directly onto the Slotermeer!The holiday home has been refurbished and offers a comfortable retreat with a luxurious open-plan kitchen/diner, a fireplace and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which overlook the beautiful Slotermeer.The garden has several terraces. A lounge sofa on the water, a large dining table and a lovely sofa in the front garden to enjoy the evening sun.
